Japan follows in second with access to 193 destinations, while several European nations, including France, Germany, and Spain, share third place with 192 destinations.

The US dropped to ninth place, offering visa-free access to 186 destinations, a significant decline from its second-place position in 2015. The UK fell to fifth place with 190 destinations, reflecting broader geopolitical shifts and changes in immigration policies.
The United Arab Emirates entered the top 10 for the first time, ranking 10th with 185 visa-free destinations. Its rise highlights successful diplomatic initiatives, securing 72 additional visa agreements since 2015.

As mobility declines for some nations, interest in dual citizenship grows. In 2024, Americans accounted for 21% of investment migration program applications, reflecting increasing demand for “political risk insurance” through alternative citizenships.
The Henley Passport Index reaffirms their global mobility leadership, offering unparalleled access to destinations worldwide. For international visitors, Singapore’s rise reflects its strong diplomatic ties and global connectivity, solidifying its role as a gateway for travel and business in Asia.
