BP Batam has outlined an ambitious strategy for 2025, prioritizing economic zones and infrastructure to align with Indonesia’s goal of achieving 8% national economic growth. The plans include logistics hubs, digital parks, and integrated health tourism, reflecting Batam’s potential as a global investment hub.
BP Batam will focus on enhancing transportation connectivity, housing, and industrial infrastructure to support inclusive and sustainable growth. Projects include the development of Hang Nadim International Airport’s cargo terminal, Batu Ampar Port, and major roadway corridors.

Key Economic Zones (KEK) such as Nongsa Digital Park and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) for aerospace industries are prioritized. These zones are expected to drive digital innovation, attract tech investments, and solidify Batam’s role in the aviation industry.
BP Batam plans to establish a Health KEK, integrating healthcare and tourism. This initiative aims to attract international health tourists while enhancing Batam’s global appeal.
