The Riau Islands Police Directorate of Narcotics (Polda Kepri) is actively searching for two individuals believed to be crucial to the operation of a clandestine drug manufacturing facility in Batam. This facility specializes in the production of liquid methamphetamine, which poses significant risks both locally and regionally.
Initial investigations have pinpointed a foreign national and another suspect, O, as central figures in the drug production operation. Their identities came to light following testimonies from apprehended individuals at a local hotel known for drug parties.

The foreign suspect is reportedly the mastermind behind the operation, providing technical guidance on meth production via video calls and phone instructions, highlighting the transnational aspects of this criminal activity.
