Indonesia is set to host the 28th edition of the World Congress for Medical Law in Batam, Kepulauan Riau, from July 20 to 23, 2024, spotlighting its growing role in global medical law discourse.

The congress, a collaborative effort between the World Association for Medical Law (WAML) and the Indonesian Association of Health Law Lecturers, backed by BPJS Kesehatan, aims to address critical issues in healthcare law and ethics, highlighting Indonesia’s commitment to international health law standards.
