On Thursday, August 29, 2024, BP Batam held a focused group discussion (FGD) titled “Data Visualization in Social Media” at the Oakwood Hotel Nagoya, aimed at enhancing the digital communication skills of its team through effective use of infographics.

The event was opened by Ariastuty Sirait, Head of the Public Relations, Promotion, and Protocol Bureau of BP Batam. The FGD featured Bagustian Iskandar, a seasoned digital content practitioner and Executive Creative Director at PT SOK Kreatif Indonesia, sharing his expertise on transforming data into engaging social media content.

Ariastuty Sirait emphasized the critical role of data in daily operations, from reporting to management to social media publications, underscoring the need for clarity and understandability in data presentation.
