In a recent reveal, the drug kingpin identified by the initials MS from Rokan Hilir, Riau, surprisingly possesses assets amounting to IDR 2.33 billion.
Riau’s Director of Narcotics, Commissioner Yos Guntur, unveiled this startling discovery during a press conference on Saturday, 30th September 2023.
Among the assets owned by MS are lavish vehicles such as a black Pajero Sport Dakar, metallic black Ford Ranger, and even a silver Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 2.8 AT.
Additionally, MS owns a metallic grey Nissan Terrano and a motorcycle. His immovable properties comprise of five land titles.
“All assets of the drug lord MS are confirmed,” said Commissioner Yos Guntur, suspecting that these assets are likely from illicit drug trade proceeds.
Investigators from the Narcotics Directorate of Riau Police have transferred several of MS’s movable assets to the prosecutor’s office. MS, now 40 and sentenced to 11 years in prison, has been moved to the Rumbai Narcotics Prison.
“MS and the evidence of money laundering crimes have been transferred to the Rumbai Narcotics Prison. They will soon be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office,” Commissioner Yos Guntur further elaborated.
