Four international sides will contest four matches across three days in November.

Singapore is set to host a four-nation football showcase at the National Stadium during November’s FIFA international window, featuring Brazil, Japan, Paraguay and the hosts.

Four Nations Meet at The Kallang
The inaugural Mizuho Blue Challenge, The Kallang Football Series Singapore will bring Singapore, Brazil, Japan and Paraguay together for four international matches at the National Stadium from November 13 to 17, 2026. Singapore opens against Paraguay on November 13, followed by Japan against Brazil on November 14. The event concludes with a November 17 double-header featuring Singapore against Brazil and Japan against Paraguay.

Brazil and Japan Renew World Cup Rivalry
A key fixture will be the Japan-Brazil rematch on November 14, less than five months after the teams met in the Round of 32 at the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Houston. Brazil won that encounter 2-1, with Gabriel Martinelli scoring late to eliminate Hajime Moriyasu’s Japan. The November meeting will also mark the second Brazil-Japan clash held in Singapore after Brazil’s 4-0 victory in 2014, when Neymar scored all four goals.

Lions Face Two Major South American Tests
Singapore will face Paraguay before taking on five-time world champions Brazil four days later, giving head coach Gavin Lee two demanding tests ahead of the 2027 AFC Asian Cup. Lee said matches against strong opposition are valuable because they reveal both the team’s progress and the areas that still require improvement. As of the tournament announcement, Brazil were ranked fifth in the world, Japan 17th and Paraguay 34th.

Tickets Start From S$28
Tickets go on general sale at 12 p.m. on September 4, with Singapore’s opening match against Paraguay starting from S$28 and Japan against Brazil from S$98. A single ticket starting from S$98 will provide access to both November 17 matches. According to Ticketmaster Singapore, Singapore-Paraguay kicks off at 8 p.m. on November 13, Japan-Brazil at 6:15 p.m. on November 14, while the final-day matches begin at 6 p.m. and 9:10 p.m.

Tournament Marks Singapore-Japan Milestone
Beyond football, the tournament forms part of celebrations marking 60 years of diplomatic relations between Singapore and Japan. Organized by The Kallang Group and Dentsu Sports International, with Mizuho Financial Group as title sponsor, the event is also intended to bring international football to Singapore and create more opportunities for fans and communities to engage with the sport.

The November series gives Singapore supporters rare access to some of international football’s strongest teams while providing the Lions with high-level preparation ahead of the Asian Cup. For Indonesians, particularly football fans in nearby Batam and other parts of the region, Singapore’s ability to attract Brazil, Japan and Paraguay also creates another major sporting event within easy regional reach and reinforces Southeast Asia’s growing appeal as a destination for world-class football.
