His career spans senior roles at Aon in Asia, where he served as Director of Natural Resources, and engineering positions in Europe with RWE, Carillion, and Mowlem Engineering. He specializes in risk allocation, insurance structuring, and investment advisory services, offering tailored solutions to energy clients.

Davies will lead the newly established Power, Downstream, and Renewables division, focusing on contractual risk, financing structures, and innovative insurance solutions.
