PGB’s development agreements cover freehold land parcels identified as Plot N1-5, Plot 2A, and Plot N1-4. Plots N1-5 and 2A will feature 340 residential units across various property types.

The development of Plots N1-5 and 2A is projected to generate profits of RM188.09 million (~SGD 56.33 million). PGB aims to enhance its financial stability while expanding its portfolio with high-quality residential properties.
Construction for the first two plots is scheduled to begin in 2026, with a projected completion timeline of seven years. The third plot, N1-4, is in the planning stages and is expected to further contribute to PGB’s growth.
