The standards aim to provide legal certainty, simplify performance evaluation, and build public confidence in government services. They cater to both the authorities delivering services and the public receiving them.

LAN RI experts shared strategies for creating fair, transparent, and efficient public service frameworks. They underscored the importance of transferring knowledge within work units to maintain consistency.

Idul stressed the need for effective communication within teams to apply principles of justice, efficiency, and accountability in daily operations.
