Seven men aged 23 to 61 were arrested. Six were charged with working without valid permits, while another faced charges for employing foreign workers illegally. The suspects operated from a three-storey shophouse with service rooms and basic living quarters.


3. Part of a Wider Six-Day Crackdown
The Little India raid was one of many during a six-day operation (Nov 25–30) across various locations, including Chinatown, Bugis, and Boat Quay. In total, 194 individuals were arrested for offences such as drug possession, forgery, and breaches of the Women’s Charter.
