In an effort to boost tourism and enhance visitor satisfaction, Batam’s Disbudpar introduced a free shuttle bus service from Sekupang International Port to key commercial districts, marking a significant step in improving transport amenities in the city.

Ardiwinata, head of Disbudpar in Batam, highlighted the shuttle service as a crucial component of Batam’s tourism infrastructure, aimed at making travel within the city more convenient and enjoyable for tourists.
