Indonesia has introduced a new visa regulation, the D17 multiple entry visa, aimed at facilitating the frequent visits of Singaporean experts to Indonesia, particularly to the strategic areas of Batam, Bintan, and Karimun.
During the Indonesia-Singapore Six Bilateral Economic Working Groups meeting in Singapore, Indonesian Economic Affairs Minister Airlangga Hartarto announced the introduction of the D17 visa. This initiative is designed to support the mobility of Singaporean investors and specialists to Indonesia, enhancing economic collaboration.
The new D17 multiple entry visa allows Singaporean experts multiple entries into Indonesia, simplifying their travel for business and investment purposes.
