Miftah Farid, Director of Primary Product Export Development, representing the Director General of National Export Development, officially inaugurated a seminar on the National Export Development Program at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay, Batam, on Wednesday, May 15th. The seminar aimed to disseminate strategies for enhancing exports and the available facilitations for business operators, including the 39th Trade Expo Indonesia and the 2024 Primaniyarta Awards.
The event serves as a critical platform for spreading knowledge about government-supported initiatives aimed at boosting Indonesia’s export sector. This seminar brings together key stakeholders and business operators to discuss and learn about opportunities for expanding their export activities.
Miftah Farid emphasized the importance of collaboration between the Ministry of Trade and all stakeholders to achieve rapid and extensive export growth. He encouraged businesses to participate in the upcoming Trade Expo Indonesia and Primaniyarta Awards.

The seminar featured talks from key figures like Arief Wibisono, Director of Export Market and Information Development, and Sabbat Christian Jannes, a senior trade analyst, focusing on practical advice and strategic initiatives for exporters.
PT Debindomulti Adhiswati’s representative, Rizal Adiputra, shared insights on navigating the export landscape effectively, highlighting the challenges and opportunities in the current market.
Details about the 39th Trade Expo Indonesia, scheduled for October 9-12, 2024, were discussed as a significant opportunity for businesses to showcase their products and engage with international buyers.
