Departments are encouraged to implement Indonesia’s Public Service Law No. 25 of 2009 to ensure service quality and efficiency.
Batam City scored 89.47 in the 2023 Public Service Compliance Assessment, securing an “A” rating and the “Highest Quality” accolade.
Ombudsman RI highlighted four key dimensions: input, process, output, and complaints, aiming to create efficient and beneficial public services.
