JDT previously claimed Malaysia Cup titles in 2017, 2019, 2022, and 2023. A fifth win would further cement its dominance in regional football.

The Chief Minister credited Johor Regent Tunku Mahkota Ismail for his long-term vision and leadership in elevating JDT to continental acclaim.

Supporters are encouraged to travel to Bukit Jalil Stadium to cheer for JDT as their “12th player” and to celebrate the Super League triumph on April 27 at Sultan Ibrahim Stadium.

Fans are invited to join the JDT celebration event titled “Chapter 2: The 11” at Sultan Ibrahim Stadium on Sunday, April 27, at 8 PM. The event commemorates JDT’s 11th consecutive Super League title, reinforcing its status as Malaysia’s most dominant football club. The Chief Minister urged fans to bring state flags and celebrate together with pride.

This holiday reflects not just state pride but how sports can unite communities. For fans, it’s a moment of celebration; for the state, it’s a show of unity and support for excellence.
