Nirup Island, located 13 kilometers from Sentosa Beach in Singapore, is being developed into an integrated tourist area, embodying sustainable tourism practices. This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance the Riau Islands as a premier destination for international and local tourists.

The Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy has identified Nirup Island as a benchmark for green destinations in Batam. The island’s pristine environment, clear waters, and beautiful coral reefs make it an ideal spot for eco-conscious tourists.
Nirup Island features a tourism harbor with immigration and customs facilities, making it easily accessible for international visitors. The island also boasts a Marina capable of accommodating 180 boats, catering to luxury travelers.
