BP Batam participated in a meeting with PT Aviasi Solusi Prima (Flybest Academy) and Alpha Aviation Group (AAG), discussing a significant investment in establishing an international standard flight school in Batam.

Flybest Academy, a flight training institution in Batam, plans to collaborate with Singapore’s AAG to develop a world-class aviation school in the city.

Flybest Academy aims to collaborate with AAG to offer comprehensive pilot training programs in Batam, targeting 100 students from various countries.

The collaboration involves an investment of USD 6 million over three years to enhance Batam’s aviation education sector.

BP Batam expressed its readiness to support the development of Flybest Academy’s aviation school, recognizing its potential economic impact on the city.

The Master Plan of Hang Nadim Airport, as per the Ministry of Transportation’s decision, already includes provisions for general aviation, ensuring sufficient space for the school’s operations.
