Improving water services remains a primary concern. The increasing quality and reach of services to the public continue to be a focal point. While progress has been made, there is still work to be done to achieve comprehensive service coverage.

As directed by the Head of BP Batam, Muhammad Rudi, the aim is to provide high-quality water services to all residents of Batam, ensuring that no one is left without access to these services. Achieving this goal will require time, additional activities, and a collective effort.

The emphasis on strengthening water services is part of a long-term vision to ensure that the community receives consistent and comprehensive coverage. The dedication to open communication and collaboration is crucial to this mission.

The workshop held by BP Batam’s BU SPAM indicates a commitment to improving water services in the region. While this has a direct impact on the local community, it also reflects the region’s commitment to ensuring the delivery of vital services to its residents.

BP Batam’s BU SPAM, in partnership with Mitra SPAM, has conducted a three-day workshop to evaluate its 2023 performance and plan for 2024. The event brings together key figures from BP Batam and partnering companies, focusing on systematic planning, monitoring, and enhanced water services to benefit the community.
