Vehicle wrapping stickers have evolved from mere protection to artistic expressions in the automotive world, with collaborations turning them into masterpieces.

In the automotive sector, wrapping stickers are commonly used to colour vehicles. These serve dual purposes: aesthetics and protection. They have become a popular alternative for vehicle enthusiasts, allowing easy colour changes without repainting.

The market has seen an influx of brands like Goodfix, which views stickers not just as accessories but as art forms.

Goodfix announced a collaboration with Garasidrift and international mural artist Darbotz. This venture focuses on creating liveries for drift racing cars, including unique Indonesian themes.

An awaited project is the partnership between Garasidrift and famed body kit brand, Libertywalk, promising exclusive designs featuring Goodfix stickers.

Beyond car stickers, the collaboration extends to creating limited-edition art pieces, merchandise, and a massive mural by Darbotz on Goodfix’s factory, marking it as his third-largest in Indonesia.

Goodfix’s new factory in Bogor, inaugurated on 15th September, reflects the brand’s growth, shifting from its former location in Lampung due to high demand.

This collaboration and the rise of artistic automotive wrapping in Indonesia could inspire similar ventures in Singapore, providing Singaporeans and international visitors with a fresh perspective on vehicle personalization and the intersection of art and automotive. The unique Indonesian-themed designs could also become a sought-after customization for car enthusiasts visiting from abroad.

Indonesia witnesses a transformation in the automotive world as vehicle wrapping stickers shift from functional to artistic. Major brands like Goodfix are collaborating with renowned artists and racers to produce captivating designs, merging technology, achievement, and artistry. This might set a trend in regions like Singapore, introducing a fresh automotive art landscape.
