A private declaration to accelerate the implementation of the National Logistic Ecosystem (NLE) for 2023/2024 was conducted in Bintan, Riau Islands.
The closed-door declaration took place at the office of Kesyahbandaran and Port Authority (KSOP) Class III Kijang on Monday, September 11th.
Present at the declaration were Assistant of Economic and Development Administration of Bintan, Mohammad Panca Azdigoena, and Head of Transportation Service of Bintan, Moh. Insan Amin.
Representatives from Customs, Tanjungpinang Class II Agriculture Office, Tanjungpinang Port Health Office, and Pelindo Tanjungpinang were also seen.
Yuniarsono, Chief of KSOP Class III Kijang, explained the declaration as merely a collective signing. It signifies the support from various parties for the implementation of NLE services at Sei Kolak Kijang Port, also known as Sri Bayintan Kijang Port.
Out of the 32 designated ports, Sri Bayintan Kijang Port is one of them implementing NLE services. This service aims to organize logistics and is based on Presidential Instruction Number 5 of 2020 regarding the structuring of the National Logistic Ecosystem.
NLE’s digital services come under the umbrella of the Indonesia National Single Window (INSW). It directly provides services from four ministries: Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Law and Human Rights through Immigration, Ministry of Health through Health Quarantine, and the Ministry of Finance through Customs.
Mohammad Panca Azdigoena expressed hopes for NLE to be a breakthrough, making services easier for the Bintan community. According to Panca, this service can facilitate smoother distribution of goods to Bintan, ensuring swift deliveries and potentially reducing market prices. “This aligns with our regional inflation. Smooth distribution will aid our community,” he said.

Aimed at streamlining the distribution of goods, the digital initiative falls under the purview of the Indonesia National Single Window, collaborating with four ministries.
