At a recent event marking the mid-year performance review organized by the Riau Islands Ministry of Law and Human Rights, the Batam Immigration Office was distinguished for its exceptional contributions to enhancing public communications and reforming administrative processes.
The office received accolades for the Best Creative Unit in Public Information Management, using infographics and videographics effectively across social media platforms.

The awards were personally handed over by I Nyoman Gede Surya Mataram, the Head of the Riau Islands Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, to Samuel Toba, the Head of Batam’s Immigration Office.
