Health officials said 16 Palestinians were killed in separate incidents across the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

Airstrike Targets Police Vehicle
In central Gaza, an Israeli airstrike struck a vehicle near the entrance of Zawayda town.
According to medics and Gaza authorities, the strike killed a senior police official and eight other officers while injuring at least 14 bystanders.
Family Killed in West Bank Shooting
In the West Bank village of Tammun, four members of a Palestinian family were killed in a shooting incident.
The victims included a 37-year-old man, his wife and two young children aged five and seven, while two other children were injured.
Israeli Military Response
The Israeli military said its forces were conducting an operation in Tammun to arrest suspects involved in attacks on security forces.
It said soldiers opened fire after a vehicle accelerated towards them, which they interpreted as an immediate threat.
Violence Continues Despite Ceasefire
Separate incidents in Gaza also resulted in the deaths of a man, his pregnant wife and their son in Nuseirat.
Although a ceasefire in Gaza took effect in October, clashes and sporadic attacks have continued amid the wider regional conflict involving Israel, Lebanon and Iran.
The latest casualties highlight the fragile security situation across the Palestinian territories as the broader Middle East conflict continues to intensify. Humanitarian groups and regional observers warn that violence could escalate further if tensions persist.
