Passengers, like Violet, experienced nearly an hour-long wait to reach the second floor for passport stamping but appreciated arriving early enough to avoid missing their ferry.

Adi, another passenger, expressed concern over the delayed ferry departures, noting a slight lag from the scheduled times due to the wait for boarding passengers.
Port authorities, including Harbourmaster Mario Erik Sihotang, assured that ferries departed on time, attributing the congestion to heavy passenger queues rather than delays.
General Manager Nika Astaga acknowledged the exceptional passenger volume, particularly for Singapore-bound travel, resulting in a record number of additional trips.
