Achmad, the former Head of the Batam City Industry and Trade Agency (Disperindag), acknowledged that capable human resources are key to ongoing regional development, particularly in the industrial sector.
The collective role of stakeholders, including the business community’s commitment to social responsibility, is crucial in cultivating a competent workforce.
The program aligns with national constitutional objectives of educating the nation’s children and improving the standard of living, according to Iban S Safwan, Cladtek Group’s SVP of People and Culture.
Ongoing dialogue between stakeholders, including discussions between Achmad and Cladtek representatives, underscores the opportunity for local youth to become skilled laborers, especially from the Batumerah area in Batuampar Subdistrict.
