Owners of units in the Meisterstadt Pollux Habibie Batam apartment complex had planned a Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) or a hearing with the DPRD Batam Commission III. This third RDP was to discuss the facilities that remained unfulfilled by the management. However, the Pollux Habibie management chose not to attend the RDP scheduled for January 10, 2024.

Deputy General Manager Baskoro explained that the previous management team, including himself, had left the company, leaving the management in the hands of a new team. This change was the reason for their absence from the DPRD meeting. General Manager Aris, who is now part of the new management, did not provide an explanation for their absence.

The previous management of Pollux Habibie Batam has been replaced by a new team, resulting in their absence from the scheduled RDP meeting with DPRD Batam on January 10, 2024.

Unit owners expressed disappointment as the promised facilities, dating back to 2020, remained unfulfilled, despite increased bills up to Rp 14,000,000.

Safety facilities, such as hydrants, generators, lightning protection, and other support facilities, have yet to be provided in the building, leaving unit owners concerned about their safety.

The DPRD has issued a warning, stating that they will revoke Pollux Habibie’s Sertifikat Layak Fungsi (SLF) if the promised facilities for unit owners are not delivered.

The absence of Pollux Habibie’s management from the scheduled DPRD meeting has raised concerns among unit owners. Despite the change in management, the promised facilities remain unfulfilled, leading to growing frustration among unit owners. The DPRD has issued a warning, indicating that Pollux Habibie may face consequences, including the revocation of its SLF, if the facilities are not provided as promised.
